Sage Valentine

Born and raised on a farm in Narobi, Kenya, Sage Valentine was first inspired to become an artist while watching her grandfather paint. The limitless boundaries and broad appeal of art was what attracted her to the field. Her images are reflective of Africa’s colors, harmony and peace. The self taught artist says of her art, “They are intense and yet tranquil. They have movement and yet they are static in a sense that they are timeless.”

Sage’s art has been shown in both group and solo exhibits around the world. Her works have been collected by such names as Hadley Fisher, New York, Hilton Hotels UK, Ikea, and Shop NBC TV. When she is not creating art, Sage spends her time doing charity work in Africa, helping children living with HIV and AIDS.
