  • What type of art products do you sell?

    We sell a wide range of products including open edition posters, open edition prints on canvas, limited editions on canvas and fine art paper, and ready-to-hang framed and matted art. We also publish an exclusive line of first nations and museum art cards for the North American tourism market.

    We’re pleased to be able to offer a newly expanded product offering through our Print On Demand service. Print on Demand allows us to provide you with a highly customized product. For more information on Print on Demand, click here.

  • What brands do you carry?

    We publish and distribute two brands: CAP (Canadian Art Prints) and Winn Devon. Our images are sold around the world from our Richmond, BC head office.

  • Who do you sell to?

    We sell to the business trade only. If you are from the trade and wish to set up an account to purchase our products, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-663-1166, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. pacific standard time. If you are not a reseller, we invite you to enjoy exploring our images on this website. If would like to purchase any of our artwork, contact us and we will connect you with a retailer in your area.

  • How do I order catalogs?

  • How long does it take to receive an order?

    Poster orders will typically ship out the same day or within 24 hours of submitting your order. Delivery times vary significantly depend on the shipping method you choose, however our customers typically receive their order (on average) within a week if it is shipped inside the continental US or Canada. Your customer service representative will be able to give you a closer estimate once they receive your order. Prints on canvas, Print on Demand products, and limited editions have a longer processing time. Contact customer service for details.

  • What are my shipping options?

    Within the USA, your shipping options are: Ground, 3-day air, 2-day air, or Overnight.

    Within Canada, your shipping options are: Ground, or overnight  (air).

  • Is it possible to have my order shipped to an alternate address?

    Absolutely! We’re happy to ship your purchase to an alternate address as long as the order meets our $50.00 minimum order requirement.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    USA Payment Options: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Checks, and “Net 30” for qualified customers.

    Canadian Payment Options: We accept Mastercard, Visa, Checks, and “Net 30” for qualified customers.

  • What if I ordered a print that is out of stock or back ordered?

    Fortunately, our Print on Demand capabilities mean that even if we are out of stock of a print, we will generally still be able to fulfill your order. If for any reason a delay is expected you will be contacted immediately by a member of our customer service team.

  • What is print on demand?

    Print on Demand allows us to customize virtually any image in our collection to your specifications.

    • Images can be re-sized  and printed on different substrates including: 80lb poster paper; Canvas; Fine art paper
    • Most images can be re-sized, cropped, or even distorted to change their aspect ratio.
    • In most cases, images can be re-sized up to 200% larger than the current printed size. So for example, if an image is available in our poster collection as 18×18″, it can be re-sized up to about 36×36″.

    Some images up-size better than others. To be sure your image is available in exactly the size you want it, you can use the “Enquiry” button to send a message to a customer service representative.

  • How do I register or login on your website?

    To take advantage of all the features available on this website, you will first need to create an account using the new account sign up form. Your new account will be created within 24 hours.
