Rick Filler

Rick Filler was born in Montreal in 1951.  He now lives and works in Ottawa Canada.  A gardener for over 45 years, and a former  trail guide to some of Canada's most remote regions, he incorporates both of these interests into his fine art photography.  Floral and landscape portraits;  an attempt to capture the essence, the wonder of a subject in a favorable light.  Nature supplies us with  beauty, magic, mystery, miracles.  They abound all around us.  In the words of Oscar Wilde, ” the true mystery of the world is the visible, not the invisible.”
